Network marketing

Why do egos always get in the way.  Why can’t a business, albeit a networking marketing one, operate solely on individual personalities.  Does everyone need to take on board another’s opinion and identity, just to make it work?

I don’t believe so.

If you are given the tools, the skills and taught how to do something, then it would be a good idea to let the individuals off on a free rein just so they can create their “own” business within the confines of the parent company.  I am sure that is what this is what networking is all about, amongst other things.
